Born in Bologna, Italy, Alessandro Goldoni is an Italian lyric tenor distinguished for the warmth and brilliance of his voice, his natural musicality, and his expressive presence on stage.
He began his vocal studies under Maestro Roberto Scaltriti, later refining his artistry with Maestro Leone Magiera—the historic collaborator of Luciano Pavarotti—and Maestro Simone Savina.

He furthered his training at the Puccini Festival Academy in Torre del Lago and at the Cherubini Conservatory in Florence, where he specialized in stage performance under Maestro Francesco Torrigiani.

In 2017, Goldoni was awarded First Prize at an international competition in Astana, Kazakhstan, and in 2014 he won the international selection for opera soloists in Empoli, chaired by the celebrated baritone Carlo Meliciani.
A finalist at the “Rinaldo Pellizzoni” International Competition in Parma, he soon established himself as one of the most promising Italian tenors of his generation.

His performances have been broadcast on television in Italy and abroad, and he has appeared in theatres across Europe, Russia, and South America, earning acclaim for the passion and elegance of his interpretations.


Recent and Notable Engagements

In November 2024, Alessandro Goldoni performed Puccini’s Messa di Gloria in Parma and appeared as the only Italian tenor in a gala concert at the Teatre Principal of Palma de Mallorca (Spain), celebrating the centenary of Giacomo Puccini’s death.

Earlier that year, he returned to the stage of the Teatro Grande di Brescia as Mario Cavaradossi in Tosca, a role that has become one of his signatures, praised for its intensity and lyrical phrasing.

He has also portrayed Turiddu in Cavalleria Rusticana at the Teatro Rossini di Lugo, performed in The Three Tenorsconcert in Niš (Serbia), and given recitals in HelsinkiSarajevo, and Rome. His 2023 concert tour across Romaniafeatured appearances in major national theatres and was met with enthusiastic public reception.

Other recent highlights include gala performances in LecceRome (Campidoglio), and Brescia, as well as his participation in the 700th anniversary celebration of Dante Alighieri’s death, where he premiered “Amor ch’a nullo amato” by Fabio Massimo Capogrosso.

International engagements have taken him to TunisiaGeorgia, and Japan, where he performed Pong and covered Calafin Turandot with the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, under Maestro Hirofumi Yoshida.

In 2019, he toured China, singing in over thirty cities with the Italian DOC Live Orchestra under Maestro Gasperin, and performed the Italian National Anthem on RAI Sport during an international sporting event.

At the Puccini Festival of Torre del Lago, he sang Mario Cavaradossi alongside Dimitra Theodossiou and Carlo Guelfi, under the batons of Alberto Veronesi and Lorenzo Castriota Skanderbeg.

He has also appeared in La TraviataCarmenMadama ButterflyIl Trovatore, and I due timidi by Nino Rota, as well as in major gala concerts with Leo NucciCarmela Remigio, and Scilla Cristiano, conducted by Leone Magiera.

In 2014, he took part in “Pathos”, the grand event created by Plácido Domingo and Andrea Bocelli at the Teatro del Silenzio in Lajatico.

He has performed in a memorial concert for Luciano Pavarotti attended by Raina Kabaivanska and Leone Magiera, and continues to collaborate with Italian and international orchestras.
